Where can I register my visa? If you are staying at a hotel, the hotel will register your visa. You will be asked of your visa and passport. A small registration fee can be imposed.
If you stay at private apartment the owner of the apartment can register you. You will need to go to the post office, fill in all the application forms, owner should present his/her documents proving the right for the apartment and pay a registration fee. Note that it will be imposible to do the registration without the owner of the apartment or official his/her permission.
